Everything at this hotel was truly great. We were on the last night of our road trip, and we were all getting a little short on patience. At the Holiday Inn Express, we got everything we needed. The girls got to enjoy the pool, we all enjoyed breakfast, and I even utilized their computers in the lobby to get a little work done. The hotel staff was friendly, and we arrived after midnight. The hotel was also clean and tidy. Everything was wonderful here.

Very nice rooms and friendly staff. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of their bed sheets, pillows and towels. Even the included morning breakfast is good with a nice variety of items. Overall I couldn't find anything displeasing. I look forward to staying here again.

For past few years, every summer we have stayed here and enjoyed our stay. However, this year, wven though the rooms were nice and spacious, as usual, the complimentary breakfast left a lot to be desired. It was not as appetizing and appealing as in past years.

My experience was poor. The manager was the most unprofessional person I've ever had to deal with. They accuse you of false things. Then charge your credit card without notifying you of an issue. They were rude to me when trying to resolve the issue. My advice to you is take a picture of your room before you check out or leave the hotel. I'd also cancel your credit card after your stay so Holiday inn doesn't put false charges on your card. I will never stay at a hotel affiliated with holiday inn again!

This is my second night here, and though this isn't a thorough review I think it reflects my first thoughts. The service here is pretty good, the front desk worker I talked to to check in was great. We checked in around 7-8 and she was extremely kind and had everything together. Room service is reliable, I have no complaints, and the workers in the morning I ran into were also kind and professional. The breakfast service is self-serve and free which is awesome in my opinion. The rooms are kept clean and are roomier than a lot of hotels, but they're a little outdated. The AC unit is in need of an upgrade in order to compare to other hotels I've been in. The shower is a bit awkward for taller people due to the shower head placement and the temperature control is an issue here. My first shower was reliable, but the others turned into a race to beat the cooling of the water (which started out warm). The location of this hotel is convenient. There are several restaurants within a five minute drive.
