I was quite comfy for my 3 nights. The 3rd floor room was clean and quiet. The mattress was very nice the sheets and blankets were pretty good and I liked the pillows. The shower was hot and had fine pressure, the laundry worked well, (although only 1 wash & 1 dry) and all the staff were polite and friendly. They had actual food available for breakfast as well. I didn't use the pool but the ceiling in the pool looked like it needed some repair. I would definitely like to stay here again.

The tv did not have any channels and the cleaning crew left a dirty face towel hanging in the shower from the previous guest. The room did not have a clean feeling to it. I will never stay here again.

We stayed 2 nights. Check-in was fairly quick. The rooms were clean and the air conditioning worked. I had booked a 2 queen room and was pleasantly surprised to get a room with a queen and a king. Part of the reason we booked this place was for an indoor swimming pool and hot tub. Swimming pool for the kids, hot tub for me, but the hot tub was colder than the pool. Breakfast was the classic Holiday Inn Express breakfast (pancake maker, cereal, yogurt, and a hot bar of scrambled eggs, gravy, mini omelets, sausage patties). It's all ok, not amazing by any stretch, but better than other hotels. Nearby are multiple pizza options, plus a target which was convenient. We were able to keep leftovers in the mini fridge.

My mother passed away today Saturday 10/21/2017 from her battle with endometrial cancer. I'm sharing this with you because I returned from a morning luncheon 4 days ago 10/17/2017 to room 316 where I received a phone call from my mother's Hospice care nurse. My mother had been graded Imminent and that she wouldn't live much longer. I quickly called downstairs to inform the front desk that I was checking out and that I had a family emergency. It took me approximately another 20 minutes to book the next flight back home to Florida. So by this time it was approximately 2 p.m. or so and I was informed by the young lady at the desk when I arrived downstairs that I would not be refunded my room cost. I explained to her that it was a family emergency and I had to get back so I asked to speak to the manager. After explaining to the manager MARK ESSIEN in detail of which he claimed he did not know what Hospice was or nor did he seem to care he offered to make a "Deal" with me and charge me only half which would be $76.27. MARK ESSIEN YOU ARE WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS HOTEL! I shouldn't have had to call corporate to solve this matter for me.
