The staff are very attentive. I've yet to have an interaction with anyone that is nothing less than a five star level. The breakfast is also a good step above your regular continental breakfast, good options! The only mark I can think of against the hotel is that it's easier and quicker to leave on the one way frontier road than arrive on the back streets. But that's not really their fault. Finally, the room is very clean. I can't find a surface that does not seem to have been touched.

The room was excellent except for the non -functional thermostat. It had two settings, off and 68 degrees. Fortunately it was October and the room was bearable with the AC off. The receptionist told me the closest restaurant was in easy walking distance, but it was about half a mile down the I-35 access road with no sidewalk. In addition to being very dangerous that's well beyond "easy" for a 79 year old man like me. If you drive to dinner it's daunting to get back. It's a complicated and long route. Better eat dinner before you check in.

If I had the option of not giving a star I would do it. On 10/06/17 I had a reservation for my 2 yr anniversary. And 4 hrs before checking in they call me saying they did not have the room anymore. The called me only one time. They tried offering me a king room without the jacuzzi for basically the same price. No sympathy. These people are worthless, irresponsible, and don’t value their customers. Never again will I take my service here.

The staff is friendly and considerate. I felt very welcome. The towels are soft, and fluffy....pristine white!! It's a beautiful experience.

The rooms are clean, breakfast was amazing and the staff was phenomenal! They went over and beyond to make me and my guest who were in to attending my wedding feel comfortable.
