Exceptional hotel, couldn't believe this place was years old as the room we stayed in looked brand new. Most of the hotel, in fact, was so well maintained I honestly thought they had just opened it. Evening manager was a bit terse when she saw me wandering around the lobby and breakfast room to check things out my first night there, must have assumed I wasn't a guest which I didn't appreciate, but nonetheless was a minor part of the general experience. Breakfast was pretty good - though my second time there they were out of the signature cinnamon rolls! Was shocked as I've never encountered this at a Holiday Inn before, found out multiple items like those and the 2% milk were on back order for a few weeks. Overall still a very pleasant experience, enjoyed the hotel and the pool especially, great place to stay!

Good staff, clean rooms, and a hearty breakfast. This is another holiday inn Express that delivers. I stayed in a king suite and there was an abundance of room for me and my S.O. . The hotel is convenient to a McDonald's and a number of other restaurants and shopping nearby. The only issues are the area leading up to the hotel is undergoing heavy construction right now. And this Holiday Inn Express is also undergoing renovations so it can get loud during the daytime. However once everything is done, this is a perfect place to crash and start your day.

There for a hockey tournament. Was nice enough. Typical Holiday Inn. Breakfast left a little to be desired sadly. Also never got maid service over three days for some reason. Staff was very friendly though.

We got a king suite and we had four people. Two slept on the bed and two of us slept on the pullout couch. The room was clean and there was enough room for everyone, but we didn’t have a blanket for the pullout couch. We asked for one at the front desk and they said there weren’t any. Also right outside our window we could hear people fighting from about 1 am to 2 am. We banged on the window and they didn’t stop so we eventually called the front desk and the people ended up leaving the hotel. From around 10-11pm and 8-9am there was loud stomping or jumping coming from the room above us. I only got about an hour of sleep and I’m very upset.

First time customer. Will definitely be back. We got the jacuzzi room and it was very nice. I like the tv actually right in front of the bed. A lot of places have them on the side between rooms. A TV in both rooms. A refrigerator and microwave. Hair dryer. Lots of USB ports and outlets. What I love the most though is the window shades. Never seen ones like this. The actually scroll down and cover the whole window. Pitch black. Awesome. Five stars. Will be back.
