Good Hotel! Nice Staff! So the hotel is very nice and clean. The staff is friendly and attentive. The room was also clean and comfortable. The breakfast had plenty of options and it's free. The pool's floor was a bit dirty though.

Our family was displaced due to hurricane Irma. They had rooms at a good price. The staff was/is super friendly. The breakfast is delicious. (the bacon goes fast) The wifi actually works. The pool was warm amd not overly bleached. All in all pretty happy. 5 of 5

There is no privacy, I was in my room trying to sleep and some employee tried to get in, I was lucky to put the door lock, this is a no, no situation. The shower curtain had a terrible odor, I asked that to be replaced no one took care, I just dropped it out of my room, it was really stinky. It's a dirty hotel, the carpet in the common areas is not vacuumed, also the rooms are not clean enough. The sheetrock is coming off of the wall in very visible areas like right next to the elevator and nobody takes care, I wouldn't imagine how's everything behind the scenes. THERE IS A METAL PIECE INSERTED IN THE A.C. POWER OUTLET, IF FOR SOME REASON SOMEONE ACCIDENTALLY TOUCHES IT, SHE OR HE CAN BE ELECTROCUTED. Rooms are probably cleaned but I believe the linens are so old, since they are very thin and torn, even at the arrival the bed sheets don't look "fresh ". The only thing that the management took care was to fix the funny noise from the shower. I preferred to move to the holiday inn at Macon (one hour away), I will never go back to this hotel at Dublin anymore, hopefully they improve their thing without this kind of public complaints. The lack of maintenance at this property will shut it down sooner or later, they haven't holiday inn standards.

Quick review. Not sure what the rooms are like but absolutely the most warmest help in booking and emergency travel and what ya expect from southern hospitality. They were booked but even what I could imagine must be a frustrating time for anyone working a hurricane evacuation the gentleman at the front desk was so helpful. Two thumbs up.
