EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Andrea went above and beyond to ensure that I had a great stay.  

While helping me she had to assist a line full of customers and several repeated phone calls.  In addition to managing the front desk she cleaned a room (mine) when she could have easily sent me on my way.

While cleaning she would come back to the desk to check and see if any customers were waiting and then back to the room to clean.

She kept calm when most people would have been overwhelmed and probably thought "forget this, but the other f word."  I am sure she was overwhelmed but it never showed!!!  

I rarely write a review, but she needs one because provided SUPERIOR customer service .  

FYI, the hotel is great and the pictures are accurate.

I will be moving to a new hotel tomorrow. I drove her from Chicago airport to arrive to the entire hotel parking lot and grounds in complete darkness. I nearly passed it. You couldn't see the lobby from the street-the lights were on inside. But as a female alone @ 10:30 om it was weird for a  hotel to be dark.
Once inside, found out the pool will be closed all week. 
Arrived at my room to realize I have not been given the Wi-if password. I have called the front desk and operator no less than 10 times and No answer and I have walked to the front desk twice.
I have stayed in Holiday Inn Express locations before and have never had a problem. 
Hopefully the issues will be fixed soon! 
I will say the girl at the front desk, when I checked in, was nice-just not empowered to give a small discount for the inconveniences.

The front desk person upgraded us since they had the space and since she saw my wife was miserably pregnant. Unfortunately we didn't get to spend the whole night because my wife was beginning labor but it was a great stay for the time we were there. I would happily go back.

I requested a specific room due to my mother being handicapped. When we checked in we had been given a different room on the second floor. I spoke to the manager and he resolved the problem to my satisfaction. There was a big clump of hair stuck to the wall in the shower, which is gross. The pool was closed so I couldn't go swimming. I will not stay here again, the price is too high for what you get.

We stayed for two nights (April 14 & 15) on the 3rd floor. We were impressed with the room and cleanliness, and the breakfast provided was very good. Our only complaint would have to be the pool: it was extremely warm in the room, and there was too much chlorine in the water.
