The customer service at Holiday Inn was good. They were very friendly and responsive. The room was clean. It was a little bit noisy and I heard the TV going from a nearby room as well as the cooler being a little bit noisy as well. Good area and good breakfast. All in all a very good value and the things I didn't like we're not comparable to the many pluses

Okay all around. Okay breakfast, rooms, and amenities. Exercise room is without free weights. Located next to strip mall and fast food. Staff was polite.

we had a room booked and paid for a week before we got there, the room was supposed to have Jacuzzi, when we showed up we got downgraded to a different room, we stayed 4 days, first day the room was cleaned well, after that the service sucked, didn't dump the trash cans, did not put in new coffee , when we asked at the desk the woman looked at the computer and she goes ohhhhh like she knew the person cleaning the room was and issue. also at check in, even though they had weeks notice it still took 40 min to check in, my wife and I just quit as hotel managers so we do know a bit about doing this, my opinion they need a new manager,. rest of the place was in good shape, and a couple of maids helped out a lot,

Nice hotel. Not too far out of the city but far enough. New development area. Some constriction still going on around the hotel but didn't bother my stay. Room was clean. Carpet was stained a bit but tolerable.

Good prices are one of the many fine feats of this nice hotel. They have an indoor pool. Unfortunately the pool only goes to 5 feet, but hey..still not to bad. Friendly staff, and lots of parking. Nice if not a little thin on sq ft. Free wi-fi. Overall 4/5 stars.
