Rooms are well appointed and clean. Outlets well positioned. Free hot breakfast is awesome and saves lots of time. Also, my daughter left her Teddy bear in the room when we left. They contacted me when it was found and mailed it to our home . Overall very pleased.

Newly built with contemporary design. Room was quiet and clean. Nice choices for breakfast and eating area. Would definitely recommend.

Currently spending the night at the Hotel basically to sleep at (checked in 9:40pm) & get back on the road in the morning. Upon check in we were informed that the shuttle could take us to a local bar / line dancing place but we couldn't be picked up until after 1:00am because the shuttle (included with our stay that's also included in our price) is rented out by a wedding party. Then after asking about how that's possible we were that we COULD be picked up. We then called around 12:10am & asked for the shuttle to be sent. Jessica informed me yet again that the shuttle can't pick us up until after 1am because of the wedding party. After telling her that we were told we could be picked up & I asked how can you rent a shuttle out for the entire hotel to someone else I was then told by her the shuttle isn't part of our stay & it ends at 11pm. After asking why she offered to pick us up at 1am if the shuttle ended at 11pm there was silence on the phone. I ended the phone call with asking for her managers name. We then had another guest in our party call & speak to Mac who said the shuttle would be back within a half hour or so & we asked "who sends a shuttle a half hour away?" Then Mac asked us to wait while he talked to the shuttle driver WHO WAS STANDING RIGHT NEXT TO HIM , then informed us he would be over within a few minutes. Bob who picked us up was VERY nice & accommodated us & made sure we were happy with our stay & thanked us for selecting Holiday Inn. He then told us that the bar the wedding party was at was already CLOSED. The stories are completely inconsistent & maybe Jessica should take some lessons from Bob in customer service. I would love to have a follow-up call from Vanessa the manager in the near future.

Very clean, comfortable room. Attractive, modern decor and well-appointed lobby. I love the indirect uplighting in the room and the chaise lounge chair.

Awesome Internet! By far the fastest free hotel Wi-Fi I have ever had! Hotel is practically brand new so all the rooms are real nice. But mainly awesome internet.
