I stay at this hotel every time i come back home. Every stay was a great experience. From the moment i walk in I'm greeted with a warm smile and a polite hospitality.The cleaning staff has always made sure we didn't need any extra towels or any toiletries. The beds were clean and always refreshed when we came back to the room after a long day of being gone from the room. The bathroom was spotless and was fully stocked. They also served free breakfast. The food was very fresh and the cooking staff made sure the all of our needs were satisfied. I didn't use the pool, gym, or pantry while staying at the hotel but i don't suspect that they are less than standard.

We arrived to be told the king suite we reserved using their app, which purportedly checks availability, was not available, so they moved us to a room with two queen beds. The desk clerk seemed to believe the price difference should be enough to make up for it. It does not, as I was aware of the price of the room I wanted and was willing to pay for it. The room is fine, but not what I reserved. UPDATE: The next morning, we spoke with the new desk clerk, who was unbelievably nice. We were able to have our room switched the next afternoon, to a room that was what we had reserved. Additionally, every person we dealt with, excepting the individuals working the night of our arrival, were exceptionally helpful and kind. They have a gem of a kitchen manager, Ms. Tiffany, who insisted on helping me prepare my children's plates and helping us to clean up. It was far beyond what I expect of a kitchen manager, and so very appreciated. Absolutely an amazing person and employee.

We were heading home to Houston after our trip to Disney was cut short due to Hurricane Irma. It took us 13 hours to make it Mobile, Alabama. We checked in late and waking up early to drive home was not an easy task, especially with a baby. The minute I turned the corner to go to breakfast, Tiffany (didn't catch her last name) met us with a smile. She danced around for my son to make him laugh. While we ate our breakfast we couldn't help but notice how hardworking she is. She was quick to refill before food ran out. Emptied the trash quickly and with a smile on her face. You could see a servants heart in her. I don't know if Tiffany will ever read this, but thank you! Thank you, for making a stressful trip, joyful. Thank you for loving on complete strangers and serving us with a joyful heart. May you be blessed! Because of one employee our experience at this particular Holiday Inn was made memorable and I would love to return or recommend this place to friends. Thank you, Holiday Inn, for hiring staff that treat guests like family!

The hotel lobby, business room, exercise room are very modern and comfortable. The outdoor patio and pool are very well maintained. The hotel landscape has an inviting appeal. The front desk staff are great! The behind-the-scene staff like breakfast food preparer, house keepers and maintenance take great care in their work to keep the hotel looking great! Our huge room was well decorated and super comfortable. The Desk, cabinets, picture frames, drapes and AC unit were clean with zero dust. We slept very comfortable during our two night stay. Highly recommend!

I am very pleased with my stay at this hotel. We evacuated Florida due to the hurricane and they were able to accommodate my family as well as my two dogs. The rooms were clean and the staff and breakfast was great! I would definitely stay here again.
