The hotel has signs posted for renovations, which are strongly needed. Typically businesses want to keep everything else well kept when renovations are occurring, but showers are grimy and fixtures are old, dirty, and cracked. Trash was left from previous user, including coffee makings. Elevator is sad and useless- consider carrying your luggage or booking on the 1st floor.  
Beds were clean and staff were largely polite and helpful.

A really good price for a really good place to stay. The people were friendly, the customer service was good and the room as well kept. Blue a Blu Tint photography

Is a fairly nice hotel with lots of space in the rooms. The breakfast wasn't as amazing as I would have expected but otherwise was a great stay
