One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The staff go above and beyond. They were extremely nice and accommodating!! The rooms were very clean and the beds were super comfortable. Hotal was overall very clean and the continental breakfast was very good with a wide variety including eggs biscuits n gravy bacon and Turkey sausage. Lots of drink options too. The only one complaint I had was that the inside heated pool had no a/c the room was very very hot and the chlorine was very strong so much so that when my daughter's went under the water I couldn't even see them.

I did not stay, or attend anything. I just went in to ask about there conference room rental policy. The gentleman who helped me was extremely professional, courteous, and informational. He showed me the conference room, allowed me to take some pictures, and then gave me his personal business card if I had any more questions. The facilities were very nice, and extremely well kept. The employees were well-dressed, well mannered, very helpful, and extremely personable.

We last stayed at this Holiday Inn 7 years ago. Always looking for the best deal but still good accommodations over the years. As the area has grown those choices changed. This time the Holiday Inn gave us the best rate but we were not prepared for the beauty we encountered. This property was not just updated. It was completely remodeled!! Every aspect of the property is most excellent. Sleek, Fresh, and COMFORTABLE! From the moment you walk into the lobby you feel welcomed and pampered. In the room the bed is raised, the bathroom counter is wonderfully raised and the electrical provision is very contemporary fitting your every device need. Lighting is excellent! The breakfast was a step above the normal hotel free breakfast. It was plentiful, hot and lots of choices. We have stayed in all of the better properties in the area over these past 7 years and this hotel has totally raised the bar!!

Hotel is great to stay at the only problem is the front desk has terrible customer service. The company I work for stays a this hotel monthly. This time i was sent to "reservations" and they did not reserve the room correctly for a corporate credit card and I spent an hour on the phone mostly staying on hold for 33 minutes combined. This place almost forced me to drive back to the office or have a tech sent home after a long work day. This was probably the worst operational process i have experienced in along time. We will be taking our business else where because this hotel obviously isn't interested in our business

Rooms are really nice and clean breakfast ain't all that and had trouble checking in and double charged the bosses credit card so not happy about that
