Excellent! The lady giving out lunch during breakfast made it into a perfect score.

Of course there is room for improvement. Carpet in hallways is new and excellent, but in the rooms they still have old carpet.

I guess it's budget related. You can't spend what you don't have... (little sarcasm about American culture yes :-)

All is clean and spacious. Beds are as high as a pickup truck.

Funny trivia. Someone probably lost his job over the faucets here. Verbal and printed instructions everywhere on how to operate it...

My experience here at the Holiday Inn Express was extremely good. The Hotel is clean and close the Naval Air Station. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and nice. The front desk associates Chris and Rachel were super friendly and helpful. They gave us suggestions on restaurants and places to visit in Pensacola.  I don't know the ladies name that gets up super early to serve breakfast, but she has a beautiful smile and is super friendly. The janitorial staff are also really helpful and very nice. Thanks to all of you!! We loved our stay with you, hope to see you soon.

Showed up around 9pm without a reservation. The lady at the desk was super nice and took less than 5 minutes to help us book a room and get us checked in with no problems! Room was very clean and everything looks brand new.

Room was great, staff was great, hot water was backwards and took a day to figure it out

Great experience at this lodging facility.  Very helpful and pleasant staff.  Wonder hot breakfast.  Clean, comfortable rooms.  A home away from home.
