So noisy and full of stinkbugs. Stinkbugs everywhere inside. We stayed here for three nights. On the first night someone was periodically running up and down the hall and slapping doors; we called the front desk and the night manager told us if we could see which room the guest was staying in she'd call their room and tell them there was a noise complaint--not how I want that handled. Housekeeping staff began service around 8am as usual but in this hotel seemed to do everything possible to make sure everyone is awake, including slamming doors, pounding every wall adjacent to Do Not Disturb rooms, and calling to each other down the hall. Susan shared a couple of her Motrin with my husband because the convenience stand downstairs was out and he was sick, which was fantastic of her. The room was clean to the naked eye and stocked like a normal HI Express with standard bedding.

It's was an overall good experience. Rooms were clean and had everything expected at a HI Express. The breakfast was normal. Everything worked. The pool closes at 9 and there is no hot tub. The staff was friendly and the location is safe and quiet.

There was constant door slamming which could be easily heard in the room. I contacted the front desk and they said if I could find out who was doing it they could call the room and tell them there was a noise complaint. This is terrible customer service and potentially dangerous for guests. The hotel also had a large population of stinkbugs which were in the halls and room. Won't be staying here again.

Very disappointed. My wife was travelling on I-65 and pulled off the interstate in Prattville AL due to extremely. Bad weather. Radar indicating at least two to three more hours of driving in those conditions ahead. I helped her locate an IHG hotel (Holiday Inn Express). My issue here, after laying the basis for stay is with housekeeping. Why on earth would housekeeping wake someone up at 8:00 A.M. to ask if they need anything. This is absolutely unacceptable and will very likely effect my future choice of establishments.
