Great check in(Oct 13, 2017),  after checking into the room the front desk personal (Stacy) gave a courtesy call to assure room was comfortable and to my liking. Stacy exhibits the Holiday Inn Express motto "Pleasing people the world over". Thank you Holiday Inn Express and Ms. Stacy for continued customer service.

I've been a member of IHG for about a year. Thought it was going to be great. First stay they acknowledged me as a member and upgraded my room to a suite.
The next three times I stayed they didn't even say anything about my membership...go figure!
I received an e-mail and they said "stay with us in the next month and we'll triple your points for that stay"...FAT CHANCE that didn't happen.
Now when I get a good rate on a room and go to log in it won't let me and when I call to ask why they say that rate is a special we offer certain other companies to attract business. But you're not eligible...,.does that make sense or what?

Staff and service is great here. Hotel needs some minor work. Shower heads are bad, misc items around property are out of order like ice machine, doors, etc. Other than that it's a nice hotel and very clean. Enjoyed our stay.

Bked STANDARD rm for sept 30-oct 1. They gave me ADA rm..could not use shower bc it was designed for sitting ( found it extremely uncomfortable to bend my neck that low as i dont shower sitting down.) ALSO ( front desk guy never mentioned he was giving me ADA rm...FOUND OUT AFTER I GOT TO RM) Asked if i could be moved to the STANDARD rm I BKED & paid for...guy said NO. He explained he gave me FLOW Through RM (holiday inns code for RM no one wants) so he can give the Standard rms to other guests! ASKED FOR MGR..WAS TOLD NO MGR ON DUTY! SERIOUSLY?? on wekends when hotel is super  busy...it doesnt have MGR to address issues. this is horrible customer service. I paid for rm that I couldnt even utilize fully. And then front desk guy insultingly said it was bc I bked through Expedia. This is BAD customer service. My suggestion for hotel: 1.have mgr on duty bc yr front desk people dont know customer service 2. Dont insult yr customer when they have genuine complaint. I have not heard from mgr.at ALL. Left a complaint with with Corporate HDqter.

Very nice hotel. Clean, well maintained, and not too expensive. And it has a pretty good breakfast and decent pool.
