Great room. Very comfortable. Friendly staff. But breakfast quality wasn't as nice as other hotels.

Hotel is newly built. Room was spacious and well organized. I had a pet and was placed on the ground floor very close to exit. Staff was very accommodating for our pet and even provided a complimentary treat. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to friends /colleagues.

Really top notch hotel! Check in fast and easy, room very spacious, bed and pillows very nice. Would stay here anytime! Just a little pricey though.

Superb stay! After a 14 hour drive to Thunder Bay, walking into the Holiday Inn Express was a breath of fresh air. The staff were friendly, accommodated us without fuss and the room they provided was very clean and comfortable. I had a great sleep and the morning breakfast buffet was delicious! Also, the staff were kind enough to suggest a local bar near by that had delicious food and drinks. Thank you so much!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Holiday Inn, from the moment I walked in and was pleasantly greeted by the girl working at the front desk. The whole hotel felt extraordinarily clean, from the room, to the small exercise room and pool area. I slept too soundly to make it in time for breakfast, but I put the hotel location to use the night before and attended the nearby movie theatre. Overall I had no complaints and would be happy to stay another night.
