The Holiday Inn Express & Suites Tulsa/Catoosa was completely renovated in 2010. The property itself is only about six years old. We have recently updated all guest rooms with new flat screen televisions.

Our property offers several ways to make your stay more enjoyable, including an Outdoor Pool, Exercise Room, Guest Laundry Facilities, Meeting Room, and Snack Shop. Perhaps our most important feature is our people. We take pride in making your stay enjoyable. You can rest assured that we're not happy unless you're happy. We were welcomed by a very friendly and personable front desk attendant, our suite was immaculate as were all the rest of the common areas, parking lot well lighted. Overall our accommodations were most comfortable within a very well managed hotel, as I have come to expect from Holiday Inns as a Spire member averaging over 175 nightly stays per year

My husband and have been staying at this location for 5 years and were satisfied with the hotel but we now think it is time for us to change. As a Holiday Inn Rewards customer I always have to reiterate the room preferences which I have already indicated on my account. I really want to leave a great review but sadly this won't be the case.. The hotel rooms are showing their age (carpeting worn, tub caulking gone, sinks not draining, woodwork nicks & scrapes). We were put in a room on the second floor...normally we get the third floor (which is our preference) and the rooms there seem to be better. We went down for breakfast and had to wait for them to restock as some vagabond, who had spent the night in the restroom on the first floor, had stole all the breakfast items. This concerns me for the safety of myself and any others with children. The clientel quality seems like it has deteriorated...we seriously thought bums had come in for breakfast as they were just loading up and walking away. Very disappointed. Also, you have to enter from the side of the hotel as the entrance has been blocked since mid-July so they could paint the concrete. We feel that this should have been a weekday project that could have been taken care of in a couple days (to dry).

The staff was nice and that's where the good ends. First we were put in a non smoking room that smelled like a thousand cigarettes. We were moved to a non smoking which smelled better. The carpet was disgusting and sticky - don't walk without socks. We accidentally spilled coffee on the sheets of one bed and they were never changed. The rack the towels were on is rusting badly. The breakfast was severely lacking. The supply of the offering was inconsistent day-to-day and the pancake machine was off almost every day and the staff was non existent. Stay elsewhere.

Rooms were spacious and well appointed. Appeared to be clean. Front desk help was courteous and efficient. Close to lots of food options. Would stay here when in the area for business again.

Great location. Just not pet friendly. The lobby was nice and looked as if it offered continental breakfast.
