This is one of my favorite places to stay in San Antonio. Management recently changed and it has only gotten better. This group wants to make sure your stay is awesome. Not only that, but the rooms are super comfy and really nicely decorated. This place is clean and well maintained. I'd recommend it for any work or professional event. I would suggest you book this property for a future stay as well.

Had a great experience at this hotel. Friendly staff, amenities were nice too. Room was clean & comfy. Hotel dining & drinks were good too. Will definitely be back! :)

Hotel is nice and for the most part its clean. Found hairs on the pillows. At check in was told breakfast would cost per person. Wasn't happy about having to pay for breakfast at 10 dollar for what you would normally get free at any other hotel. Or 3 dollars for a drink from the items they sell. Staff didnt seem too friendly. I do a lot of traveling And for the money there are better places in the area that are a lot better.

I'd like to share my experience at this hotel last weekend when my whole family and I went on vacation...I'd like to say the front desk service was bad and rude. We thought the hotel had free breakfast as they didn't tell us that we had to purchase it. Well my brother and his family got 3 free breakfast tickets so I called the front office in the morning to ask how my brother got free breakfast and the rude girl in the front said "oh i gave them to him" so I asked why and she said "because" i said "so can I get some!?" And she said "yeah, you have to purchase tickets for $9.95" then I told her "so u only give them to people u like!?" She rudely replied with a "YES!!" So we just decided to check out early from the room to go have some breakfast as my dad has to have dialysis and is diabetic he had to have some breakfast asap! Oh and my bed had a big sunk in spot that I slept horribly in, but they did nothing about it! Thank you so much for ruining our rest of the day, so much for a good stay at the famous Holiday Inn!!! I've always stayed at Hampton inn as they have great service so I thought the holiday inn would be the same since I did pay $126 for the night!! Never again! Very disappointed...watch out people!

The rooms were average and the location was fine. What made my stay great was the staff. The general manager, the front desk ladies and the restaurant staff were great! The restaurant was also a great plus!
