I did not stay at this hotel but I did come by to book an event here. I checked out the room and it was pretty spacious and clean. I can't wait to hold my event here and bring my vision for this party to life. The sales manager Christine was exceptional. She's very friendly, accommodating, and informative. She really is doing a great job working with us to make this party a success. Service here is great. We passed many employees and they were all friendly and courteous.

I had a really nice stay - I have been there twice and would go back again. If you are into TV you will be very happy with their huge selection of channels. Comfy beds too , makes a big difference, could use a little more water pressure in sink only, shower is good. IHG scammed and lied to me though - I would not use IHG reservation service !!!

Holiday Inns often have excellent beds and this one is no exception! Even though this hotel appears to be currently the process of being remodeled it was not a disruptive experience to my stay. There is a little road noise from the freeway nearby if you are a light sleeper. The noise from the AC was more than enough to cover it up. The suite I was upgraded to was huge and had all the basic amenities. Unless you are super sensitive to noise or would like a luxurious stay there's a good chance you'll be happy here!

Great place to relax not to far from the city or the south bay. Large room, clean, Extremely comfortable bed, desk, breakfast table, refrigerator mini, free parking. It was perfect for a recharge and get some work down. There is a restaurant on the first floor. Check in and check out was fast and easy. I felt completely safe. I will stay here again.

The room was mildly clean, but the bed was truly horrible. The mattress must have been 20 years old - squishy and lumpy. The pillows also had seen better days. After tossing and turning for about 4 hours I just got up - at 4:30 am. Yeah, it was that bad, and I was exhausted. The hotel is also undergoing renovation, so everything is torn up. The restaurant looks more suitable to a truck stop. Really, avoid this one unless you have no other options.
