Front desk staff very nice and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Restaurant food and staff are good. The water park area is really showing wear. The hand rails are really loose and unsafe. The pool needs a good cleaning and paint. Most of time pool towels were low or out and it wasn't busy. Overall hotel was great just water park needs refreshed.

Great Hotel with awesome location! We came in for a last minute trip up from KC and were able to get a great rate on a room! Check in was quick and easy; the kids eat free was a great perk with breakfast. The only downside I had was parking. We arrived around 830(ish) on Saturday night and after unloading the car I had to park a little ways away. Keep up the great work!

Very nice place but I made reservations because they advertised an awesome indoor water park. I brought my 2 grandsons there for a vacation. After checking in they told me that the water slide and pool were not open. I had originally booked 2 nights but cancelled 1 because of this. Very unsatisfied! Would not have stayed the one night if could have gotten out of it without paying. Also they placed us across the hall from a room full of very young kids that ran up and down the hallway unsupervised locking each other out of their room. Was not fun!

Stayed a few times before and it was good, not great. Our reason for staying was our 7 year old daughter loves the water park. We weren't notified ahead of time that the pool was out of order so we could've stayed somewhere MUCH cheaper with a regular pool.

Room was great, pretty uneventful trip, kids love staying here for the water park, but it needs a little reconditioning. Parking is pretty tight, but is manageable unless the hotel is booked. We'll definitely stay here in the future..
