I enjoyed my stay here I stayed for two nights and only planned on staying for one but I got the extra night because I was tired, and the place atmosphere enticed me. I enjoyed the staff and I enjoyed it in the House Bar that they have and although the food look good I did not participate and it's consumption but everyone I talked to said it was wonderful. And the atmosphere was just stunning here, above and beyond what you would expect for Holiday Inn. It was very classy

Went down for dinner at Junipers with some friends and kids and it was great! I had the sliders and they were amazing. Service was great. Dining room was right by hotel lobby but very spacious and nice. Didn't even know there was a restaurant in there and was pleasantly surprised with my food and experience.

The hotel front desk was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and neat and reasonable. The breakfast was definitely a different experience. All I can say is the food was at least good. The service was terrible, never did get water, had to grab my own coffee refill because the entire 40 minutes we had to wait she never check on us, glad we were in no rush to get on the road to our next adventure....

Our stay was actually nice, the low rating is a direct result of the GENERAL MANAGER. The room was a little small for the price versus what we'd been getting at holiday inn expresses on the way up to Seattle ($150 avg for a suite in a HIE vs $140 for a small basic room here) but it was pleasant and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The problem arises from our interaction in the morning with the GM. I needed to do laundry at the on-site guest facility, which is a little dated. It's entirely coin-op with no "charge to room" option like you'd expect in a modern hotel. I went to the front desk (which has a little marketplace store and a standard verifone style card swipe) to see about getting cash back in change to use the laundry room. The front staff was helpful but not sure they could do it so they got the general manager, who came out with an attitude as if I was a problem. He asked if I had any cash to which I replied "no I don't really carry cash" (it's 2018 cash is obsolete) to which he replied "then how did you expect to get change for the laundry if you don't have cash?" As if he'd never in hia life heard of a debit card or "cash back" before, which judging by his age and appearance might not be too far from the truth. After some more belittling and condescension he acquiesced and had the front staff give me $5 in quarters and admonished me that he "expected me to go across the street to the gas station and get cash back to pay the hotel back". This is all a very jarring experience. It's 2018, and this is one of the biggest brands in the hotel world. To think that they have no way to charge $5 to my room or card to give me quarters for their on site laundry just reeks of ill-preparedness and antiquated facilities/policies. Let alone the lack of an ATM in the hotel, a very basic standard in the service industry.

It was nice. It was clean. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was basic and not complimentary, and $10. It was cheaper for my family of six to eat at ihop rather than at the hotel. The pool was closed when we went because of the weather, but the price didn't change summer vs winter. We won't be staying here again.
