I was only in for a night, but loved what I saw.  Due to unforeseen circumstances, ended up arriving much later than planned.  Tired and a little stressed, was relieved at how simple & quick check in was.  

The room was what you expect from a Holiday Inn.  Clean, spacious and quiet.  It's an up to date hotel, plenty of outlets and room for all your electronics and for doing work (had to get a few things done the next morning before heading out).  The bed was incredibly comfortable-great nights's sleep.

The next morning, after I got some work done, had time to get a quick workout.  The fitness center had more room than most.  Also, great to have a good variety of options for a complete workout.

I didn't have time for breakfast and was really sorry.  Smelled great and looked like a lot of guests were enjoying themselves.

Again, just a quick stay but the staff was helpful.  Everyone I passed in the hall or lobby was in a good mood and friendly-really appreciate it when you're heading back to the car for another long drive.  Speaking of, the location is terrific, easy off & easy on the highway (one reason I chose this hotel).  Yes, it was a quick stay, but I came away convinced.

The hotel was extremely clean, the staff was very helpful and kind, and the beds are pretty comfortable. The only downside is the "soft water", which is not necessarily the hotel's fault. The water has more to do with the area. However, overall, it was a pleasant, peaceful, and restful experience. We also had breakfast in the restaurant. It was relatively fast, delicious, and our waitress left the coffee pot on the table for refills (and even offered to fill it up again). This coffee lover was thrilled!

Comedian Bill Boronkay recently stayed here while performing in Winchester and had a fantastic stay! The staff was very welcoming and accommodating to the late hours check in, and even offered a late check out, there was even a 24hr convenience store on site which was great for some bed snacks. It was very nicely located near town and the highway which made getting back on the road the next day easy!

Front desk staff on point and professional. Room clean and well made. We got in a little after 10. Were told Bar open till 1100. Theres a huge wreck on I-81 so traffic horrible and they have a bunch of unexpected guests. Walk down to bar at 1045 with numerous guests still checking in, bartender tells me "were closed". I asked about 1100 closing time..."last call is 1045". It truly amazes me when service industry folks turn down money...3 days before Christmas. She could have made a great holiday tip, but service was a foreign concept. 1st bartender I have seen turn down money at 1045 on a Friday night. Everything else awesome here but after grinding out brutal bumper to bumper traffic...half the hotel needed a shot!

The usual standards of a holiday inn, however I was impressed how quiet the room was given this hotels particular location. It is situated just off a very busy road and I81 intersection. I spent a comfortable 2 nights here. Room and barhroom were clean and the restaraunt good was very good. Room service continental breakfast particularly nice.
