If I was able to give negative stars I would. The staff was rude, beds had used bedding on them, the room smelled like weed something fierce, holes in curtains, unsafe tub, my friend and her family got bed bugs and lice from their room. Will never in my life return to this hotel nor will I ever recommend to anyone else. Absolutely disgusting in every way possible. You know it's bad when your 6 year old starts crying to go home the second you open the door. . .same kid who loves staying at hotels mind you. Y'all should definitely be ashamed of yourself!

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY!!! They are a ripoff outfit that posts $59.95 on their marque and then puts $90.49 on their website and then gives the booking sites and even higher price. We were charged well over $100 for just 1 night and when we questioned about the price on the marque, we were told that, that was the walk-in rate and we had agreed to a reservation so that is the price we were charged. Definitely not a place you want to stay while taking a vacation!

Upon coming in, the room smelled AWFUL and so much like cigarettes. The A/C unit was very loud & annoying at night & the fridge didn't even close all the way & was making strange noises. I found a few bedbugs in the bed which was extremely gross. The bathroom light barely would turn on at times. Throughout the night you could hear neighbors & people's loud music. The staff charged my boyfriends card for our stay & then for whatever reason charged me an extra $100 & they "had no idea how it had happened".

DO NOT RECOMMEND! Room I had was a smoker room, there were stains on the floor that looked red, and the smell was horrible.  We switched rooms to a non-smoker room, that room didn't smell as bad, but there was a ceiling crack all the way across, and the bed sheets had burn holes. Outside the rooms on the stairs was a roach and what appeared to be large animal feces laying in the middle of the walk path. There was also rust on some of the appliances. The only part of the hotel that looked decent was the front desk.

I had 10 rooms reserved for a wedding. Last minute cancellations and additions were a hassle but the people at the front desk took care of it. Just a few minor hiccups. The maintenance and house keeping were very friendly. Worth the price for the location. Would stay here again
