This is the absolute worst place you could possibly stay in Denton, and possibly even in Texas. They have bed bugs and roaches and refuse to give refunds. The night manager, Joyce, yells at customers and is extremely unprofessional. She is, beyond a shadow of a doubt, the most hateful person I have ever come across in the customer service industry. The only reason I am giving it one star is because you are not able to give zero stars. Stay there at your own risk. You'd be better off sleeping under a bridge. At least there you won't have bed bugs.

Tried to find clean homey room on East side for parents to sleep without my cats. Check rooms before paying; smells bad. Good location but will pass...

Manager is very pleasant and the rooms are very clean.

It was clean. For the price it was a decent place to stay if you're passing through and just need a place to crash.
