A great summer evening activity to see 2 recent releases. The parking rows are mounded so the car is parked on angle to the screen, which is a great feature. There is a little mini golf ⛳️ course for $, which is fun before the movie starts. Here's what to expect. There are two separate movie screens, and each screen plays a doubleheader. When you arrive there are two lines to pay, one for either screen. Make sure you are in the correct line. Pay per person, and only cash is accepted. You'll get a little ticket stub, and you show it to another man who will confirm you are on the right side for the movies you want to see. Then you talk to another man who tells you which color group you need to park in based on your vehicle height. This is actually great, because the big pick-up trucks have to be in the back, and a smaller cars are upfront. The rows are marked by color-coded poles. The space between poles is tight, and be careful of kids and/or dogs everywhere. You have to decide if you were going to view the movie forward facing, or backward facing, as once you are parked there will be no opportunity to turn your car around again. Snack and food line(s) are long and inefficient. You have to wait in one line to order, then wait in another line to pay, and then wait for them to call your name. The whole process for 1 small bag of popcorn took 35 to 45 minutes. You're better off eating at home before you arrive (no outside food or drink). We also wanted to order a soda, but they were out of it, and the only other option was to go wait in another line for another 45 minutes. There is a short window of time, with no announcement, if you want to leave in-between the movies. Get ready to pack up and head out as soon as the credits come on, as to not disrupt the second movie. Before leaving, make sure that there are no kids who have moved in front of your vehicle, so that you can get out safely. Besides the snack lines, everything else was great.

There's so much to love about Holiday Twin, from the affordable ticket prices to the amazing concessions. They sling some of the best burgers* in the entire state of Colorado; fresh ground beef grilled on steel and fire as the Burger Gods intended. The atmosphere on a summer weekend is more like a huge tailgate party than what you might imagine a drive-in cinema to be, but they keep it running smoothly. Just remember to show up early to beat the long lines and get settled, and for pete's sake remember the most courteous and important rule: NO HEADLIGHTS. *2017 Review Update: The experience remains amazing, but the burger suffers a bit from a noticeable bun downgrade. The rest of the burger remains top notch, but it's impossible not to notice the difference.

Pretty much a rarity these days, but I've been going to the Holiday Twin Drive-In for years and it appears to get better and better every year I go. Very relaxed ma and pa owned environment with kind staff. The homemade burgers, burritos, and hot dogs are amazing! If you haven't been to a drive-in before, you should visit the Holiday Twin, it could soon become a family tradition like it has become ours.

My family and I have been coming here for years. We came to see cars 3 and pirates 5 on Saturday night and we had a great time. My car died twice and they were happy to help me jump my car and get it started. Great experience and I will definitely be back later this summer.

I love this place so much, great fun to bring the family. Sit in the comfort of your own vehicle, or you can bring folding chairs. Movie sound plays on your radio. Fort Collins is so lucky to have this Drive In !
