Bs place to live in an attempt to make sure to check out the water bill it is really high an a P O A payment of 45 dollars a month and thy don't do anything about replacing old worenouy things and the roads will tare the front end out of a automobile and all they do to repair them is put gravel on them and they require that the lot owners pay 180 dollars a yr for road repairs I have nothing good to say about this place

Nice quiet neighborhood. Good people. Like any place there are some folks that keep to themselves but they have activities for kids and it's a good family atmosphere.

A good community of people. A nice clubhouse with daily breakfast and a weekly dinner special. Basketball court, mini golf, pool, two boat ramps, dock at lake for fishing, and several ponds.

I have lived here for a few years and I absolutely hate it. Had i known what I was getting into I would never have bought land and placed my home here. The place is run by older "gentlemen" who all hate each other and argue constantly. Imagine being back in high school and the "popular girls" are running the show. People are far from friendly and they are always looking for a way to "tattle" on you like a bunch of spoiled children. This place is a joke, the roads are HORRENDOUS.
