I wanted ribs and was told that I'd have to wait an hour. However, I was told the rib tips were tender. I don't know what these were, but they were more like boneless pork bits. Nothing like the actual tip of a rib bone. Also, they were NOT TENDER!!! We were extremely disappointed with the "tips."  The wings & fries were good, but I asked for light sauce & my fries were doused. Finally, I didn't love that I was charged $5 more than the prices reflected on the menu. I basically paid $30 for 6 wings & overly sauce fries. I doubt that I'd return.

Service - past trash! Literally met the most rude person ever. I didn't know the walk in orders cut off 30 minutes before they closes....so Ms. SHE/HE asks me if I put in a phone order. I said no I wasnt aware I had to. It had its back to me and says "well no more walk ins we closed have a good night"...didn't even regard me enough to turn around....just rude. The inside looks questionable as there are empty containers everywhere.  This kind of treatment makes black businesses look bad. I won't be returning

Food is great! However, if you have hours to wait then you’re good  I placed an order at 5:45 pm and was told it would be ready in 1 hour. I arrived at 6:55 and the cashier RUDELY asked me “did I call you” I replied “no, but you told me over the phone my order would be ready in 1 hour” she again asked me very RUDELY “but did I call you” and then told me to sit in my car and she would call me when the order was ready, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I paid for my food over the phone and there is a no refund policy………… long story short I received my order at 8:35 pm. If the customer service matched the FOOD this place would be awesome!

This place was very unprofessional. Was told a 15 minute wait that turned to an hour. You have workers arguing, cursing and fighting. They have no seating area/arrangement.  The food is pretty decent, I'll give an 8.Food: 4/5

It is pick up only that is the only reason they got 3 stars for atmosphere.  Vegetarian options: Fries

The customer service is piss poor. Trying to speak with the owner is a joke. I ordered a Polish boy asked that it be deconstructed and got charged for everything on the sandwich. it takes just as much time to make as it does to deconstructed itFood: 4/5

The aroma of the ribs drew me in, got a couple of bones, they were okay, didn't particularly care for the sauce.

HOLLANDS GOT THE BEST BBQ!!! Ribs are actually barbecued and you get it fresh! You have to get there early though because they get very busy!! The sauce is top tier…CHEFS KISS

The food was burnt the environment was actually nice but the food was not good I got a rib tip dinner it taste like a1 / steak sauce with bbq sauce the fries was touching the coleslaw so my fries taste like coleslaw dip cause they were just sitting in the coke slaw and fries an there just wasn’t  enough friesI’m sorry the music was to loud and ghetto. My mothers rib dinner was burnt to the t I mean capitol T  tough and all she was really disappointed they really took her money and mines they need class in food cooking  and prepping  so their business will have a chance in surviving

I place a order it took over 2 hours for 3 wings and fries..they didn't have chicken sandwiches and nothing to drink.i return after a hour..my food wasn't ready..return a hour later no food..the dike said..I told you I was going to call you..the owners was sitting there eating..I ask for my money bsck..he said oh he'll no!!!..no refunds!!!..have to wait!!! I left with no food and money..I heard it was a bad water back up during the construction period and they still serve food..I will never go there again. Too many people inside hanging around.little boys was eating as well.they buy there food and drinks from sav alot..
