If there was an option for a “0” ZERO RATING THIS COMPANY WOULD GET IT!!! My Mother-In-Law passed away this past week we met with Tom to setup a Saturday service, however, we needed to confirm the facility availability prior to setting a time and finalizing. The family knew they wanted it on Saturday at 10am! The confirmation from the facility was confirmed late on Monday....we intended on contacting Tom back on Tuesday morning. He called us first to inform us that they were now overbooked and the family had to change until a weekday or the following weekend. Out of town family had already purchased airline tickets to be here on Saturday....when asked why they over booked when they knew we intended on the Saturday service TOM stated “the other families had their DUCKS IN A ROW AND THAT OUR FAMILY SHOULD HAVE HAD OUR DUCKS IN A ROW” What a jerk - he was told by me he had a very poor choice of words for a grieving family!!! I would NEVER recommend this place to ANYONE!!!
