The Hollatz Law Group is a boutique law firm serving clients in the Westchester County and New York City areas. We serve the real estate and business communities. We handle all types of residential and commercial real estate transactions including purchases and sales, leasing for both landlords and tenants, evictions and lending transactions. We also provide estate planning and administration services. Our practice encompasses sophisticated business, residential and commercial litigation, trials and transactional work. We litigate complex lawsuits, from inception through trial (both jury and non-jury), as well as appeals, in State and Federal Courts. We also represent parties in all sorts of business matters, including the formation and/or management of entities designed to protect owners, including corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies (LLCs).

Steve represents us in purchasing a house in Westchester County. He is thorough, careful and reasonably considerate. As an attorney, he possesses the professional caution not to over-promise or sugar-coat things to just make you feel comfortable. However, he stays with his promise and will have things taken care of once he said it. That’s the most important quality of an attorney. Our deal closed in the way we want – which might not happen naturally if it were not for Steve. We gave him a rating of five stars.

From my first phone call with Steve, I knew he was the lawyer for us. He took the time to walk through the co-op purchasing process with me, explaining all of the complex intricacies. He's courteous and professional, which is much needed when going though the home-buying process as many other people you meet on the path are not; he is truly a breath of fresh air. When we faced an obstacle with the bank or the co-op, he was there to guide us with advice and direction. He was ​always quick to answer emails and even stayed late in the office to meet me and my husband since we both work in the city; he goes above and beyond. I've been recommending him to all my friends who are thinking about buying a home, ensuring them this will be the most pleasant part of their experience.

Steve was a fantastic real estate attorney and I really appreciate all he did to walk me through the home buying process. He was very available to answer any and all questions and even went so far as to advance and deliver checks for me when we were on a very tight deadline to make the closing. He made the closing process a breeze. Highly recommended.

Steve Hollatz did a marvelous job handling the sale of my house. First of all, he is good-natured and professional even when things get tough. For ex., a lawyer that he had to deal with was difficult, and Steve handled it with aplomb. Second, he is really responsive and fast with communications by email and by phone. Third, you will be delighted to see how beautifully your packet of documents to keep was organized and presented. Finally, his rates are quite reasonable, especially considering what a fine lawyer he is. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

There are a few times in life when you come across a professional who is also a genuine human being. Steve is one such person. He and his team went above and beyond to meet our family's needs on the sale of a home in New Rochelle. There were a number of complications, all of which were handled in a professional, courteous and concise manner. No task was too big or small. A pleasure to do business with. Would highly recommend their services.
