At Hollerbach's we pride ourselves on providing our guests with an authentic German food, beverage and entertainment experience at the place where Gemütlichkeit happens: Hollerbach's Willow Tree Café German restaurant and beer hall in historic Downtown Sanford.

It’s hard to believe we've been here over 15 years! But we're not just proud Sanford business owners - we live here, too, and have enjoyed watching our town develop and grow along with our businesses.

Reservations can be made by calling (407) 321-2204 Mon-Fri 11 am til 4 pm, or by emailing [email protected]. *If e-mailing, you must receive a confirmation from us for your reservation to be valid! Please keep in mind, if you are calling the Willow Tree for reservations, to-go orders or questions, we may not be able answer the phone. Our primary focus is always on creating Gemütlichkeit for the many guests inside the restaurant. You are welcome to leave a message or send an e-mail or Facebook message and we will do our best to respond to your inquiry as soon as possible!

I love this restaurant! I will always give it a great rating. However, we recently went on a Tuesday and we had a big party and got the big table. But the table was pushed into the benches. My mother and mother in law begin to push the table out and I asked one of the waiters in a Gandalf hat for help and he said no! He said he was not allowed to move the tables. We were not joining, just moving to scoot in. He have no reason, just said no. So a couple of old ladies had to move a huge table just a couple of inches. Our waitress that night was great as usual but that waiter was pretty much useless. The whole party wanted to leave but we convinced them the food was worth staying. Again, one instance won't make me change my opinion but sometimes it only takes one to lose customers.

Seriously amazing food! We got the large pretzel for the table and it was almost the perfect size for our table of three, might be better for 4. My sausages were amazing and the potato cakes are fantastic. My only complaint is that the strudel was very heavily spiced. It was a bit too much for me but it was perfect for my boyfriend. I ended up getting the berry cheesecake and was right back to enjoying the night!

So much fun! Went as a family (all adults) and had a great time. Boot of beer, matterhorn, polka music and good, authentic German food. Not to be missed!!!! Go early, we waited 90 minutes for a table, but it was well worth it!

So much fun! It does get very busy though, so be patient, go early, or reserve ahead. I lived in Germany for nearly 4 yrs.... food here, from real Germans, is authentic and reminds me of the beautiful country I miss.

Best German restaurant in a 50 mile radius hands down. Speaking as someone who's visited Germany before, this is the closest thing you will get to authentic German food. Also check out their German store around the corner! Staff is amazing and I've never been disappointed.
