Delivery is a nice benefit, however, when one of my items was damaged I called to ask how we could work together to fix the problem, and they never returned my call. So I won't be going back and cannot recommend this company, there are so many other dry cleaners who actually check for damage and will cooperate with you to fix the problem.

WAY TOO EXPENSIVE FOR ALTERATIONS.

The web site states that this location does alterations. I needed to have suit trousers taken in a bit. When I arrived I was asked "how much do you want the pants taken in?" I responded that I had no idea and that I would need to try them on for her to mark up and measure. She said they don't do that and I need to just tell her how many inches. I said that's odd normally you try stuff on....she said "they send it out" so I left. I would not recommend this place.
