I can say worst hollister ever.... store wasn't even organized, and we were not promptly welcomed or anything. Rude, and severely unorganized that's for sure.

Today I went in because the $25 jean sale was going on. I went to the wall with all the jeans and a man said , "do you need help? Cause I don't want you messing up my wall".. because he had been folding. That was fine . I understood because I work at a store as well. But when I came back to get a different size , the man started talking to another worker. It was a girl. The girl asked , "what is taking you so long?" And the guy said, "people keep messing up the pants" , and said it loud enough for me and my cousin to hear. He was being rude and complaining way too much. I mean if you don't like your job, leave. Don't sit there and complain and make people feel bad. I put the pants down and left . I drove 1 hour to enjoy a day at the mall. I went to one store and the service was not at all friendly. I was so uncomfortable hearing that I was "messing" things up so I left . Never coming to that store again . Ordering is better sometimes without having to deal with pissed off workers.

Worst experience ever! The three men working there today were all worrying about their phones. Talking about porn and playing around about who took who's phone. There was a long line but only one person was checking out even though there were three people standing back there. PLUS.... while waiting on my payment to process ( new debit card with a chip) the cashier was texting on his phone waiting on it to go through. Want to talk about professionalism? ! Non what so ever! Wish I could give zero stars!
