To my surprise just moving from mass in July that I got little help and absolutely no understanding of my situation when I called for a ambulance to take my son to the hospital after he fell and smashed his head in the driveway.  The fire department showed up first as they are 600 ft down the street.They did make it clear that this was Florida not Mass and that was quiet clear by the lack of caring and humanity by which they performed there job. I will not explain in detail but I was told by many people what is not lacking in sun and warmth is lacking in performance by the people here. Sure does make me realize the kind of professionals I took for granted in Massachusetts.  You are so out classed.
