I want to offer up my highest recommendation for Holly Rose, who has just helped me to sell my home in Rockridge for an amazing price that exceeded my highest expectations. Honestly, as I told her after the offers came in: I’m an Excel spreadsheet geek and I hadn’t even dreamed to enter those numbers into my calculations, the offers were so beyond what I thought my house could sell for! I know you will love working with Holly and will find her to be an engaged, caring and fully-responsive partner throughout the whole process.
 
I happened across Holly’s lovely website last year when I was seeking some general advice about market conditions and agonizing about whether to sell or rent out my house. She graciously took the time to chat with me at length when I cold-called her in my somewhat frantic state. I could tell right away that she was patient, brilliant and had deep insight about the real estate world that only years of experience can bring.
 
When I finally made the decision to sell, I called her without hesitation and found her just as kind and smart as I had on my first impression. I told her very directly that I would be needing lots of guidance and support. And I can tell you now, three months and one flawlessly-executed home sale later, that she and her wonderful assistant Sally were there for me 1000% all along the way. Even when my own life got upended by a family crisis and I had to leave town in a hurry and entrust everything to them in order to keep the house-preparation schedule on track, she was rock-solid and never wavered in her optimism and reassurance. I honestly don’t know if I would have had the confidence to make it through this transition had she not been there to provide a safety-net for me. She also saved me quite a bit of money up front as she dissuaded me from doing some larger home improvement projects that she told me (correctly!) would not bring any extra return in the sale.
 
I’ll also say that I’m a pretty analytical person (I tend to overthink most things) and I did weigh the option of going with a less full-service agent who might negotiate a discounted fee. But I just wasn’t willing to take the risk that I would not be a priority for them and that they wouldn’t have the depth of negotiating or marketing experience to really get the very best price for my house. In my opinion, yes, it is a seller’s market but it is also a very weird, tense and competitive market with a lot of shady wheeling and dealing going on out there. I truly believe that Holly’s impeccable reputation among her colleagues makes any property that she represents stand out immediately. Buyers’ agents know that negotiation with Holly will be fully transparent. I felt very proud to have her representing me and I could tell by the way she communicated with the buyers’ agents that she is greatly respected for her integrity. I have absolutely no doubt that my house could not have received the offers it did had it not been for her expertise and laser-focused precision in helping me prepare my house (and myself!) for this crazy market.
 
Anyway, I could go on but I don’t want this to seem too over the top! Holly is a rare and amazing person and I know that you will feel the same way when you begin to work with her. Best of luck to you!
