Kansas Entertainment, LLC - a joint venture of Penn National Gaming and International Speedway Corporation, with all casino style gaming owned and operated by the State of Kansas via the Kansas Lottery, will open Hollywood Casino at Kansas Speedway in early 2012.

I absolutely love the staff here! I’m a frequent visitor, and I’ll recognize at least a handful of them when I go. They always make sure to say hi and help me with anything I need. It’s awesome seeing familiar faces every time I go! Typically very clean. New slots every few weeks! Alcohol prices are great. No complaints!

I enjoy visiting casinos when traveling (being I now live in the casino-free state of Texas, it only happens when I travel out of state), and over the years have been to every casino in Kansas City when visiting family and friends.

This was my first visit to Hollywood Casino, and despite it being the afternoon on a weekday, the place was moderately busy. Being I only get to Kansas City only a couple times a year, I decided to forego a loyalty card, and just play the slots.

I had an enjoyable time, and for penny slots, got a decent payout from a couple of the machines I played (I didn’t win all my investment back, but this is a casino, and they can’t lose money in payouts).

I was pleased with the few interactions with the staff, from the cashier at the cage to the security officer at the entrance, they were all friendly and courteous. Next time I visit, I will definitely have to try the Buffet.

I absolutely love coming here. Atmosphere is great and the staff is awesome. It doesn't hurt that I win money each time.

First allow me to say! This was my favorite Casino. Until I had to deal with (Member services) regarding being shorted change from the change machine. Melissa, never got back to me concerng the matter. I then called.

Adam, rudely slammed the phone in my face after saying there's nothing they could do. Because the count came back even.  I received a  $1 in place of $20. So please count your bills. I would have taken points instead of being treated like a liar and disrespected.

I'm so disappointed I planned on spending VALENTINE'S DAY there.

I love the Hollywood Casino it's got a veritable all forms of life type of people in it they are very tight on security and I like the choice of all the restaurants that they have I'm very partial to the crab are any of the sea food they have there.
