Needs to better their payouts. Also return incentives are pitiful. $10 or $15 is not going to keep me regularly going considering it's about an hour drive for me. I've only been to Sands twice and they consistently send me $50 offers. Staff IS friendly and helpful, casino just needs to payout better.

First time I went to Hollywood casino they were having a promotional luck drawing.  Which they have on certain days for said amount hours.  In order to enter the drawing you must have your marquee rewards card  inserted into any one of the slot machines and every 20-30 minutes they call random selected names.  Well first time at casino,  first time ever inserting my membership marquee card and my name gets called.  I got to spin the free slot play wheel I got $100.00 free slot play, I was able to risk that $100 with another spin either doubling the $$ or taking half figured either way I was going to walk away with free slot play. I ended up with $250 in free slot play!!!! The marquee rewards card is definitely a promotional perk!  Definitely recommend.

Pros...Easy to locate. Look for the glow in the sky. Need Driver's license to get inside the casino. Free non alcoholic cold beverages. Bands are no cover charge. Great security. Cons..no hotel onsite. Very smoky even in non smoking.

Beautiful interior, variety of games and tables, the food is way overpriced including cigarettes and items but that should be expected at a casino. although I do wish for them to lower there $3.75 atm fee last time I went there. I personally go there for the tracks.If it wasn't for Penn national race course I'd give it 2. They have a museum in case you want some back round history on Hollywood and it's casinos, which is also nice. Service there is great and drinks are reasonable.

Go at least 2 times a month. It is too smokey. Slots do not payout. Can't take your own drink or bring any food into the place. Not even a coffee cup. So you are forced to buy their overpriced food. I can't wait for a casino in my area to open up so I can quit going to Hollywood. Go elsewhere you will probably get a better payout. Hollywood only pays out to their high rollers.
