Hollywood Chicken & International Foods is dedicated to providing you with authentic Latin-American cuisine and savory flavor of Dominican food to the public that is easy on the pallet and affordable.

Story

Hollywood Chicken & International Foods was established in 1997 by Restauranter Mr. Benito Ceballos who began working as a Bus Boy in Rainbow Room at the Rockefeller center in 1971. Later in 1973 he became the first server in Town Hilton Hotel in Rye, NY, eventually moving up to working as server instructor at the Hilton.

Then in 1983 he worked at Umberto Italian Restaurant for three years and eventually opening an Italian Restaurant called Giorgios Restaurant in 1985. In 1997 he began to pursue his own interest and re-opened Hollywood Chicken keeping the establishment's original name.

Hollywood Chicken was establishment dedicated to provide different Latin-American dishes and flavors to the public in an easy and affordable way.
