This is for all intents and purposes a tourist trap, but a good one. I went there for the chato Tea Room, which is an Undiscovered treasure that has lovely selection of teas as well as a very nice high tea and afternoon tea. You should check it out as the owners are very friendly and it's a nice break from the chaos that is that shopping center around you. The shopping center itself has many choices in terms of other restaurants so you should certainly check it out and it has a fantastic view of the Hollywood Sign, you're such a thing is of importance.

Such an iconic must visit. LA La Land has the most and best price on most souvenirs. The Walk of Fame on Hollywood Boulevard is very touristy but something you must do and hunt out some of your favorite stars and buy some obligatory momentos. Amazing views on the Sunset Strip of great architecture and the cityscape in the background.

Very nice place to dine. Great appetizers and tasty drinks. Loved the ambience and scenary. Everyone who worked here greeted us with friendless and smiles. We were able to take several nice pictures in and around the hotel and just had a blast overall. Came to celebrate my best friends birthday with her and her son.

Outdoor shopping and entertainment center that caters primarily to tourists. Semi and high-end retail shops are located in the very clean, multi-level structure on Hollywood Boulevard. The Dolby Theatre (formally the Kodak Theatre) is attached to the Hollywood and Highland Center. This is the theatre that hosts the Oscars and America's Got Talent. The Hard Rock Cafe is located near the theatre entrance. On the north side of the center is a mid-rise Lowes Hotel tower, offering luxury rooms and services with great city views. The center also has a Metro Red Line Station, and a massive multi-level parking garage with two separate entrances/exits. The front of the center on Hollywood Boulevard is pretty much a freak show. All kinds of characters on the sidewalk, but generally a safe area. Tons of people watching if that's your thing.
