Paid $6.38 senior rate. The theater is amenable, clean and well-kept. Theater chairs are comfortable. The only problem I encountered was the persistent vigilance of staff to ensure the emergency door stays closed. No less than four times during the movie an employee with a flashlight crossed in front of me to go check said emergency door. It seems this can be handled in a more discreet manner, say a sign on the door warning that an alarm will sound and a spotlight over the door go on if the door is opened. A warning light and buzzer at the security office can summon needed help.

VERY weird theater   I'm not sure how anyone would give this a 4 or 5 star review.  Maybe they are all teenagers who don't know better?   Employees were super rude.....not one or two individuals but it seemed to be the whole culture.  While we were being treated poorly the manager stood right in front of us watching.   We waited ten minutes while our movie was playing for a pretzel.  The manager who was standing right in front of us never asked why we we're standing there.  
We stood in a line of 20 people outside waiting to buy tickets only to walk thru the door to find an entire other ticket counter with no line and self serve kiosks.  Could someone not have just let people outside know ?   
Another weird thing....I couldn't hear the movie.  I heard other people talking about how quiet it was too.  
Weird.  Just really weird.

They have gotten their act together a lot better. The parking lot is still pretty empty during the day! The seats at the Cobb are a lot more comfortable, but this theater is just across the street so it is easier to get to!

Good theatre with, I think, 14 screens. Great economy prices on Sunday AND Tuesday! Make sure you join their rewards club to earn free popcorn and soda. Their concession stand prices are outrageous, like all movie theatres. The surcharges for 3D and RPX are more than a lot of other theatres. The nice thing about this theater is the parking is free and relatively close compared to the theater in Daytona Beach at the Ocean Walk Shops.

Took my kids and grand kids here to see Wonder. Very courteous, effecient and professional staff. Much more reasonably priced than New Smyrna theater, and cleaner too. Dont waste you your time or money at New Smyrnas rude staff, and overpriced theatre.
