Had auto insurance with them for years, great company, always helping out and working towards your best interest.

Extremely rude sales staff that were not helpful in any way.  I spoke with a Steve who hung up on me.  Not the way to conduct business especially sales driven customer service  business.  Suggest trying anyone else.
