Amazing Sales and Service!! We worked with Wade Brill sales to purchase a 259.D3 Skid Steer and 303.5 Mini X for residential use. It's been about a year later and Wade is still helping us and checking in on how we are doing. Today we had service come out for a warranty repair which Wade helped to setup. Kelton service tech came out to our place and was very motivated to help fix a minor issue which became more complicated than I had expected. I wish the dealerships of the 3 cars we own were a 10th as helpful at Holt-Cat is in solving problems. Kudos to Wade, Kelton and management for having such a great team. It's always feels better to provide these positive reviews vs negative feedback. Thank you Holt for giving me this opportunity to praise your sales and service dept.
I've been making Deliveries and Pickups at this place since 1991. I feel like I work there. The main reason is the receiver, my old buddy Mark Duncan.
Easy in easy out. Caught them coming back from lunch. Got paper work done while unchaining. Backed off equipment and I was gone.
What a great experience. Best in the area. If you looking to buy, sell, rent, or service Holt is the best!
