Story

Founding partners John Moellenberg, Mike Panozzo and Jamie Holtzman, former colleagues at EY, opened their B2B firm in a West Austin house with the idea of delivering to companies Big Four and international accounting expertise in a client-friendly atmosphere.

Holtzman Partners offers a full service suite of accounting and advisory solutions including Sarbanes-Oxley consulting, SOC (SSAE16) reporting, employee benefit plan audits, and tax advisory services to publicly traded companies. In addition, financial statement audit services are available to private companies and non-profits, along with the entire suite of information technology, tax and advisory services.
