So happy to find a curry joint close to my home! Bonus points for being a food cart that’s open on Sundays downtown, usually when I get the urge to cart it up on the weekends, Sundays feel like a desert of choices...now I have a place to go for both curry and a Sunday standby! And the food was great, generous portion with great flavor! My only regret was that the lamb was sold out, but that just gives me a reason to go back!
My boyfriend and I got food there this weekend. I got the lamb karai. The lamb was of great quality and very rich in flavor. He got the chicken vindaloo. The chicken was super juicy and the sauce was super creamy with great spice! The mango lassie we got was perfect super rich and not overly sweet! Definitely recommend checking it out!
This place is great! I loved the lamb biryani and the chicken curry. I can't wait to try their whole menu. Definitely need to go back again soon. They have a ton of options and I can't wait to try them all.
Yuk, yuk, yuk. Ordered delivery on Postmates and everything was bad. The basmati rice was dry and hard and the cauliflower tasted like bad sweet and sour chicken. But they were edible. The paneer, however, was not. It's like someone accidentally spilled the salt shaker in it. The lamb curry was decent, and the garlic Naan was ok. But definitely finished my meal upset that I just spent money on this food.
Bomb af paneer Tikka masalla! I visited from Las Vegas for 3 days and came back twice to this place! The curry definitely made me feel some kinda way in all the right spots!! Best curry of my life! Only thing I can say as far as any opportunity is that I wasn't given any utensils, twice, I mean it's tasty enough to slurp off anything however a fork would have been nice.
I read all the reviews on here before ordering, so I was really excited to try the food. Unfortunately, they got several items in my order wrong. Mistakes happen, but when I called, the man on the phone was not friendly about it, and did not offer any resolution. That said, the paneer tikka masala was good which is why I gave it 2 stars instead of 1, but the naan was dry and old. Everything else in the order was wrong. Asked for chicken saag and received chicken curry. I asked for no cilantro on the channa chaat, and it was covered in some sort of cilantro paste. The guy argued with me that it wasn’t cilantro. It definitely, 100% was. I’m guessing now that he doesn’t know that what he calls coriander is also called cilantro. There’s no mistaking this with me. Other people with “the gene” can empathize. You should really know this when running a restaurant. What if it were an allergy? When I was chatting with a friend about my less than stellar experience, she exclaimed that just the night before, that same guy at the same cart was extremely rude to her when she was picking up a Doordash order she drives for them. Apparently they got *that* order wrong too, and again, were less than helpful. She had to let Doordash know she didn’t want to pick orders up from them anymore.
OMG!! The Paneer Shahi was the most tasty and delicious I have ever eaten. I also got some noodles that were delicious with a nice kick to them. Too many onions but oh well. Can’t wait to eat here again!!
Seck hello! Green I am a regular customer at holy curry great cuisine around town . Do not wait to try once you taste it you will ignore the rest . It is clean healthy and delicious .
I never do this. I was ready for bed and then I jumped up yelling, "Tell the people on Google" and "omg png omg!" Holy! Curry, you have changed my life. Induan is my favorite. I have taken fancy cooking classes at 92nd Street Y in NYC with famous chefs and their food doesn't come close. All the flavors, layered, like Brahms or the acting of Firest Whittaker. Badass! Thank you!!
Absolutely Delicious! Wonderful Gluten-free and vegan options as well. So good we ordered it 2 days in a row.
