My fathers passing was both unexpected and way too soon. My siblings and I knew absolutely nothing about funerals, let alone making arrangements for my father. We went to Chapel of the chimes first because it was closer to where we lived & I didn’t like the “car salesman” vibe I got from the staff there & front desk was rude the minute I checked in for our appointment. We didn’t have an appointment at Holy Sepluchre, and were attended to immediately by Michael. He made the entire process so much easier for us & was very patient with all of our questions. He took the time to answer everything thoroughly & made sure to stay within our budget we had. Afterwards we met with the cemetary keeper Oscar whom immediately showed compassion and went above and beyond to give us exceptional service. We met up again with Michael and Oscar the next day to finalize our plans and Oscar even took the time to give us a tour of the cemetary & the background of the property. I called it the cemetary field trip cause I learned so much. I can go on and on about their amazing service and exceptional customer care at Holy Sepluchre, But I think I’ve said enough for now. Oscar and Michael I would highly reccomend to anyone that is given the tough job of making arrangements for your loved one.

Our beloved mother, Efigenia A. Granado was buried at the Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Hayward, CA.
We also had the wake and funeral at this same place.  
I would like to mention that the staff were very compassionate and very accommodating to all our questions, and guided us through the preparation for the wake, funeral and burial.
In that time of our great sorrow we had the all-out support of all the staff who attended to us. 
On behalf of my family, I would like to extend our heart-felt appreciation for all the assistance we received from Adalid Garcia, Renee Butler and Alvin.
