Shout out to Edwin Garcia from Home Comfort USA! He fixed our air con and saved us from the heat wave, gave us great tips to keep it running, inspected our ducts and vents and took pictures of places in the house we would never crawl in. At the end of the day he convinced us that getting a home service plan is a good way to go to get more life out of our 10 yo unit. Glad I got their ad from 107.9 FM!

We loved our experience with this company. Tim was the man sent to do our yearly check-up and he was so nice. He was polite and explained things to us. He was respectful and courteous. Above all, he was professional. He was on time for each appointment. He did his work in the time frame he quoted- often in less time than that. When he was originally sent out to us, he located a problem that needed to be addressed. He never tried to put the work on anyone else, and he did what needed to be done to solve the problem he found- that day. We truly appreciated his caring nature in doing this. We have now come to ask for Tim if we ever have an issue. We trust his work and his workmanship.

  Your serviceman Tim Eagleson just left my home after doing an inspection.  I cannot say how much I liked his mannerism and professionalism.  He answered all of my questions politely and I was completely satisfied with his performance.  I have another inspection coming in the summer and would definitely want him to be my serviceman.  I am elderly, yet he did not treat me as if I were some ignorant old lady, as some people do.  Good man representing your company.
