My husband and I shopped around for a wood stove and ended up buying a Vermont Castings Intrepid II at Home Comfort Warehouse. Even though it was their busy season, they took the time to help us find the right stove, and answered all of our questions. We had a quirky existing stovepipe to connect to, and they not only had the perfect parts cheaper than I could find online, they gave us great tips on how to install them properly. They have the best selection of accessories in the upper valley, and we found their pricing very reasonable. It’s great to find a place with such excellent customer service!!

Great experience! Recently had a stove installed and was pleased with entire process from selection in showroom to installation. Install team arrived on time and clearly knew what they were doing. They answered all questions and made sure we were comfortable with the product before they left...and cleaned up any debris before leaving. Would use them again or recommend to a friend!

Excellent experience with Home Comfort Warehouse. I had an usual requirement for a modern mount-on-the-wall gas fireplace. They listened to my requirements and made clear recommendations. Installers were professional, careful, cleaned up nicely. Overall, I had a terrific experience with this group.

I purchased a wood burning stove and a ductless air conditioning system from Home Comfort Warehouse. They are absolutely great to work with. Their prices were fair (I did comparison shopping) and the service was outstanding. In particular, service from the store (for selecting the products) and the installation was great. The installers (Tim and Brian) are very friendly and efficient. Upon completion of the job, they cleaned up their trash, etc..."left no trace!". I recommend considering Home Comfort Warehouse.
