This store used to be bustling with product and customers. The staff now seems to be all new so familiar faces are gone, along with most of the inventory. What's remaining seems to be a cross of mostly consigned new product from vendors whereas in the past one could find quality pieces consigned from residences and model homes. In result, just another store loading up with accessories and low quality furniture from China. Please return to a consignment store!

Extremely poor quality items that are extremely over priced for what they are. The staff is extremely unreasonable in the sense they make you feel "unimportant" and are unwilling to negotiate on pricing for the clients and customers. Terrible customer service. Very impolite and disrespectful to customers. The staff members do not help customers at all. Everything is overpriced: I have seen most of these items before and the prices were extremely unreasonable---priced over original. The store was cluttered, and not properly organized. It was quite a mess. I could barely get through this store. It was hard to tell what was for sale and what was not becasuse when I asked for a price for items, the staff said some items were "Not for SALE". It was not polite to say this in such annoyed and rude manner considering the items were displayed with other items that were for sale. I found a couple items, but the staff made me decide not to purchase them--why would I want to contribute to a store were it's staff are disrespectful, rude, and unhelpful.

Lots of items. Some really unusual and cool pieces. Some really crappy pieces. Price are average to slightly overpriced, but there are some really good deals. Like most consignment shops, it is hit or miss. 4 stars for items. Minus one star because we couldn't get anybody to help us for a table we wanted to buy.

If I was the owner and saw how my staff behaved toward customers and clients, I would fire all of them. They were really mean and had no regard towards their customers. Awful customer service and talked about their customers once the person walked away. For example "Go shop at goodwill" for an overpriced item-since the staff can't seem to negotiate the prices for any of their items. Another example, "Why would you marry that". I'm sorry but you're a grown woman start acting like an adult and not a snotty teen.
