I bought a futon and ottoman from this place.  Here is my experience:  1) They were a few DAYS late delivering the furniture.  2) The day after I got the futon, TWO of the legs broke.  3) The ottoman was the wrong color.  4)  After calling for three months, they still won't talk to me about fixing these issues.  I'm just going to have to take them to court.  I almost feel like I've been robbed. What a headache and hassle.

They will sell you discontinued furniture then tell you a week later just to get your deposit! They will also say that you cannot exchange or return so you are forced to choose another furniture to replace your original choice. The delivery team is sleazy and will try to get away without assembling the furniture for you.
 
The furnitures are cheap, in price and in quality - you get what you OVERpay for. the leather is sooooo thin you can cut it with your pant zipper.
 
Watch out for Jimmy, he's the head sleaze.
 
Go to the stores north of this store, they have BETTER customer service.
