I have never received worse service that Home Decor Outlet in Syracuse.  We bought a box spring and found that it would not fit up our stairs. When I tried to return today, 1, the opening hours were not 10am as shown online, but 11am. 2, when i did get a manager who was showing up to open the store, I was told all sales were final.  No one told my wife this when she bought the box springs.

Great prices on all furniture but when it comes to mattresses there prices are very low for the great quality. They have bedding , living room sets, dinning room sets. I love this store .. And actually have a pic saved in my phone of a set I put on lay-away.  Don't know if I can wait till tax time thank God they have financing. They said I could take home or get delivered today. Wish me luck

they have great prices. I went in for black friday and Juan really was a great help. not only did he help me get an amazing living room set, he also helped me get financed and i was able to make my living room look like a magazine .. thanks. definitely recommend.
