The worst experience! I shop at the Knoxville TN store and the customer service is amazing! I’m in VA so I went into this location to buy a piece of furniture that I wanted. I asked for help or a cart and the lady at the desk informed me that she had to idea where to find one in the store but to start looking outside. We were buying a $500.00 piece of heavy furniture but NO-ONE in the store was willing to help. A lady that was helping another customer finished and came over to help. She went to the back to look for a cart and a guy came up laughing as if the situation was funny. Needless to say we left and will not be returning.

Big store. Lots to choose from. Make sure you have time to look through entire store. They have tile, wood flooring/laminate. Plenty of household and outdoor things.

A perfect place to shop for odds and ends needed for the home, from front doors to kitchen tables. Everything is reasonably priced.

My husband and I are moving into our first home and we got to see it be build from ground up so this is a project I'm looking forward to decorating this place with be our second home I'm excited to fill our home with their most wonderful and exquisite items
