We are a full service lumber yard and hardware store.

We offer:

* Thousands of hardware, electrical, paint, sundries, plumbing, and fastener items in stock.

* 8 delivery trucks for same or next day delivery service.

* In house drafting/design specialist for new home or remodeling needs.

* National champion kitchen and bath designers.

* All of our 2x4 and 2x6 board from 8' to 20' are MSR (Machine Stress Rated). They are stronger, straighter, more stable, small knot, less wain and better appearance.

* All of our wides 2x10 and 2x12 from 8' to 20' are Select Structural Grade.

* All of our pine boards are Gorman (extreme high end appearence) double sanded, eased edge and small knot.

* All of our treated lumber 2x4 through 2x12 is #1 grade dense Southern Yellow Pine.

* All of our OSB is LP.

The Hale family and their business is steeped in tradition for choosing to make a difference in their community and also with their customers. Their family run lumber yard will celebrated 125 years in business in 2010. They hold a long history and have a lot of stake in Whitewater's downtown remodeling process.

The company is run today by Chris Hale with the help of his father Geoff, his mother Jacki, his uncle Jackson and two brothers Mike and Mac.
